The MICRO Indeck-Block from Harken with 22mm pulley diameter and Hundsfott has been developed to guide slightly thicker trim lines up to 6mm, which are under low load and run below deck into your cockpit, cleanly on deck. Robust stainless steel balls were used for the friction loss minimizing ball bearings.
