Please notify us of your return by means of a clear declaration (e.g. letter, e-mail or telephone call). Additionally we offer you the possibility to enter the data in a form below.

For returns from Germany, we take over the return costs from an order value of 99.00 € and send you a return receipt. Below this amount, the return costs will be at your expense.

In the case of returns outside of Germany, the return costs are to be borne by yourself regardless of the goods value of the return.
