    Product information "NewTack boom joint with soul QUICKCHANGE"

    With the QUICKCHANGE boom joint, you no longer have to sail into port with a broken boom joint to change the joint. NewTack provides you with a pre-drilled cantilever joint with 2 pins, in case one goes overboard during conversion. Also included in the set is a 12cm strip of self-welding safety tape, which you stick to the appropriate place on the tiller cantilever after the exchange and which holds perfectly even in wet conditions. For post processing on land you will find another smaller piece of tape and a shrinking tube in the set, with which you can restore your tiller boom to its original condition.
