The 470 mainsail R15 from Zaoli was developed during the 2015 season to have the fastest mainsail on the market for the 2016 Olympic season. The luff curve has also been slightly reduced, allowing a larger use of blocks. Thus this sail stands for even more variability and became highly successful. In 2015 this mainsail won the vice world championship title, in 2016 the world championship title.
